Henry Lee Dies Months after San Jose Pedestrian Accident on Pearl Avenue

San Jose, California (October 4, 2019) – A man involved in an auto-pedestrian accident in August in San Jose has succumbed to his injuries.

According to the authorities, the accident was reported at about 11:50 a.m. August 21, in the 4200 block of Pearl Avenue near Mountcastle Way.

According to San Jose police, Henry Lee, 85, of San Jose was in a crosswalk walking across Pearl Avenue when a northbound 2005 Honda Accord struck him.

Lee was transported to a hospital, where he remained until Tuesday, October 1, when he succumbed to his injuries.

Drugs and alcohol are not suspected as factors in the collision.

The San San Jose Police Department is investigating the incident.
