Hemet, CA: 1 Severely Injured in Multi-Car Crash on Highway 74
Male Party Hospitalized after Hemet Car Crash on Highway 74 near California Avenue
Hemet, California (May 27, 2020) – One person was hospitalized with severe injuries after a multi-vehicle accident that happened Tuesday afternoon in Hemet, the California Highway Patrol said.
Three vehicles collided at about 4:30 p.m. on eastbound Highway 74, just east of California Avenue.
Hemet police responded to the scene to find a silver Toyota Highlander, a blue Hyundai Sonata, and a third car involved in the crash.
A male party involved in the crash sustained two fractured knees, deformation to both wrists and a concussion. He was transported to Inland Valley Hospital for treatment.
Tow trucks were requested to clear the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the collision.
