Hayward, California (January 12, 2019) – A woman was injured in a car accident in Hayward on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on the northbound lanes of I-880 near Whipple Road at about 1:21 p.m.
As per the report, a white Mercedes and a Toyota Corolla were involved in the crash. However, the events preceding the accident were not immediately established.
A female occupant of the Mercedes is reported to have sustained injuries in the collision. The woman was unconscious when the paramedics arrived at the scene.
