Hayward, California (February 6, 2021) – A motorcycle accident was reported in Hayward on Friday afternoon.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the northbound lanes of Interstate 880 Freeway near Highway 92 at about 2:38 p.m. February 5.
A motorcycle was traveling on the roadway when it crashed into a blue Acura MDX in unclear circumstances.
As per the CHP report, the motorcyclist was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
