Man, Woman Critically Injured in Harbor City Accident on West 253rd Street
Harbor City, California (November 16, 2020) – Two people were critically injured Monday night in a traffic accident involving a big rig in Harbor City, authorities said.
The crash, which was reported at around 7:33 p.m., happened in the 900 block of West 253rd Street.
According to the authorities, a car collided with a truck on West 253rd Street for undetermined reasons.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated two people who were trapped in the wreckage.
Both patients, a 60-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman, were then taken to a local hospital, where the man was listed in grave condition and the woman in serious condition.
The names of the victims were not immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
