Gorman, California (September 1, 2019) – Two people were transported to the hospital after being involved in a traffic collision in the area of Gorman on Saturday night, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department report.

The collision happened at about 8:30 p.m. August 31, along Highway 138 near Pine Canyon Road.

A local news source indicated that two vehicles crashed head-on on the highway for an unknown reason. Due to the impact, two people were trapped in one of the vehicles involved.

The pinned victims were extricated from the wreckage by firefighters along with the paramedics who arrived at the scene shortly after the crash. The patients were rushed to the hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
