Goleta, California (January 18, 2021) – Two people were injured Sunday evening in a head-on collision at a Goleta intersection, according to a local news source.
The crash, which involved two vehicles, happened at about 5:56 p.m. Sunday, January 17, at the intersection of Cathedral Oaks Road and Arundel Road.
Authorities said two vehicles collided head-on at the Goleta intersection for unknown reasons.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated one person who was trapped in their damaged vehicle.
The freed victim and another person were transported to a local hospital with minor to moderate injuries. Their names and conditions at this time were not disclosed.
