Goleta Crash on Hollister Avenue Critically Injures Skateboarder
Goleta, California (March 28, 2021) – A traffic collision involving a skateboard and a vehicle in Goleta Saturday night critically injured one person.
As per the Santa Barbara County Fire Department report, the major injury crash took place at approximately 9:50 p.m., March 27, in the 6300 block of Hollister Avenue.
Authorities did not immediately establish the circumstances that led to the collision.
Skateboarder Hurt in Goleta Accident
The skateboarder was rushed to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital by an American Medical Response ambulance for treatment of major injuries sustained in the mishap.
Limited details about the wreck were released at the time of the report.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department s still investigating the cause of the accident.
