Glendale, CA: Authorities Investigating Major Injury Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Crash near West Dryden and Gesell Streets

Glendale, California (October 23, 2020) – An alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident that was reported Wednesday afternoon resulted in critical injuries, the Glendale Police Department reported.

The major injury crash occurred at about 4:40 p.m. at West Dryden and Gesell streets.

Officials said a 66-year-old man was possibly hit by a dark grey or black 2019 or 2020 Chevrolet on October 21 for unknown reasons.

Meanwhile, the involved motorist failed to stop after the mishap and escaped the scene west on West Dryden Street.

Man Struck and Critically Injured by Hit-And-Run Driver in Glendale

The unidentified male pedestrian sustained critical injuries in the crash. Medical personnel responded to the scene and rushed the patient to an area hospital for further medication.
