Bicyclist Severely Injured in Glen County Road Crash at Canal and Wyo Roads

Glen County, California (May 4, 2019) – A female bicyclist was transported to the hospital after being involved in car collision in Glen County Thursday evening, according to a local news source.
The accident was reported at around 2:20 p.m. May 2, in the area of Canal and Wyo roads, also known as County Roads 203 and 3, respectively.
The collision happened when a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Mario Vega struck a woman who was riding her bicycle at the Orland intersection for unknown reasons.
The bike rider suffered severe trauma injuries as a result of the accident. The victim was transported to Enloe Medical Center by the paramedics for medication. Her current condition was listed to be critical. The authorities did not immediately disclose her identity.
