Gilroy, CA: Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Traffic Crash on Ferguson Road
Rider Hospitalized with Major Injuries after Gilroy Motorcycle Accident on Ferguson Road near Dunlap Avenue
Gilroy, California (July 3, 2020) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after colliding with a vehicle Thursday evening in Gilroy.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 6:10 p.m. on Ferguson Road just south of Dunlap Avenue.
Reportedly, a car was making a u-turn and hit the motorcyclist.
The rider was found by first responders conscious and in pain. The victim was transported to Regional Medical Center with a compound fracture and road rash by Medic 52.
There were no other details available.
CHP is investigating the accident.
