Rider Seriously Injured in Gilroy Motorcycle Crash on Highway 101 near San Martin Avenue
Gilroy, California (October 8, 2019) – One person was hospitalized with major injuries following a motorcycle collision on Monday afternoon in Gilroy, according to the CHP.
The crash was reported jus after 5:30 p.m. October 7, on Highway 101 near San Martin Avenue.
CHP said a man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on the highway when he was involved in a crash with possibly two other vehicles. A gray Chevrolet Malibu and a white Chrysler SUV were located at the scene but it was unclear whether they were involved.

One person sustained major injuries and was attended to by the medics who responded to the crash.
No further details were released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
