At Least 1 Injured in Gerber Car Crash on Highway 99W and Rodeo Avenue
Gerber, California (December 10, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a major injury car collision that happened Tuesday morning in Gerber.
CHP said the accident occurred at about 5:45 a.m. on Highway 99W at Rodeo Avenue.
Three vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims.
At least one lane of the highway was closed following the crash. Both northbound and southbound traffic was affected by the closure.
Tow trucks were needed to clear the collision scene.
