Gary Ribeira Jr. ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Copperopolis Crash on Highway 4 near Horseshoe Road
Copperopolis, California (February 11, 2021) – Gary Steven Ribeira Jr.,47, has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a Wednesday evening traffic accident in Copperopolis, authorities said.
The deadly motorcycle accident occurred at about 5:51 p.m., on Highway 4 near Horseshoe Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2021 Yamaha R1, driven by Ribeira Jr., was allegedly driving very fast when it drove off the road at a curve and crashed.

Sadly, Ribeira Jr was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
