Garden Grove, California (October 13, 2019) – A 46-year-old man and a child, 6, were struck and killed by a vehicle in Garden Grove on Saturday night, according to the police.
The incident was reported at about 8:50 p.m. October 12, at Garden Grove Boulevard and Nelson Street.
The two victims were struck a pickup truck at the intersection for unknown reasons.

The two victims were sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene.
The crash caused a closure of Garden Grove Boulevard between Nelson Street and Nutwood Street as the scene was examined and cleared.
Meanwhile, the cause of the crash is under investigation.
