Cal-Waste Recovery Systems Worker Killed in Galt Industrial Accident on Enterprise Way
Galt, California (June 27, 2019) – A Cal-Waste Recovery Systems worker was killed Wednesday morning in an accident in Galt, according to a local news source.
The tragic accident happened at about 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 26 at Cal-Waste Recovery Systems on Enterprise Way.
Authorities said a person operating a loader was backing up when they struck the victim.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene to render aid to the victim, but they didn’t survive and was sadly declared dead.
The name of the deceased victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
