1 Killed in Kingsburg Crash at Brewer Drive and Road 44
Fresno County, California (March 2, 2019) – One person was killed Friday evening in a traffic accident in Kingsburg, the California Highway Patrol said.
The deadly crash was reported at about 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 1 at Brewer Drive and Road 44.
According to the CHP, a semi truck collided with a small car for an unknown reason at the intersection.
The male driver was pinned inside his car and was declared dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending identification and notification of his family.
A passenger in the car was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with moderate injuries.
No other details were immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
