Fresno, CA: Injuries Sustained in Fiery 2-Vehicle Collision on Highway 180 at Peach Avenue
Fresno Accident on Highway 180 at Peach Avenue Sends 1 to Hospital
Fresno, California (July 6, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being involved in a fiery traffic collision on a highway in Fresno just after midnight.
Authorities said the two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 180 onramp at Peach Avenue.
The accident happened when a vehicle was attempting to get onto the roadway and slammed into a Chevy Tahoe travelling south on Peach Avenue.
Due to the impact, the Chevy caught fire.

All involved parties, including a juvenile riding in the Chevy as a passenger, were attended to by paramedics who arrived to the scene shortly after the collision.
The other vehicle operator was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
