Fresno, California (July 2, 2021) – Injuries were reported Friday morning following a two-vehicle collision in Fresno.

The accident involving a grey Kia Forte sedan and a white Chevrolet Avalanche towing a 10-foot trailer was reported at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Highway 180 near Highway 99.

The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the two automobiles collided in the westbound lanes of the roadway, just west of North Fulton Street, on July 2.

Due to the impact, the Kia acquired major front-end damage.

Fresno 2-Vehicle Accident

All involved parties were attended to by paramedics who responded to the scene shortly after the collision.

Officials requested tow trucks to remove the two vehicles away from the crash site.

The accident remains under active investigation.
