Man Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Crash near Clovis Avenue and Kings Canyon Road
Fresno, California (February 16, 2019) – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle in southeast Fresno on Friday night, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The incident happened near Clovis Avenue and Kings Canyon Road at about 8:30 p.m. on Friday, February 15.
Police said a vehicle traveling northbound on Clovis Avenue struck a man that darted into the street for unknown reasons.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not immediately disclosed.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the site of the crash after the incident.
Police are investigating the accident.
