Minor Injuries Reported in Fresno Crash on Highway 99 near Belmont Avenue
Fresno, California (January 9, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after multi vehicles collided on Tuesday evening in Fresno, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at around 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, on northbound Highway 99 near Belmont Avenue.
As per the report, three vehicles including a white sedan crashed for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
The white sedan sustained rear-ends damage following the accident.
All the vehicles were reportedly moved to the right-hand shoulder of the roadway after the collision.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
