1 Hospitalized after French Camp Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Mathews Road On-Ramp
French Camp, California (October 15, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a car accident that took place Monday morning in French Camp.
The California Highway Patrol said at least two vehicles collided at about 11:31 a.m. on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of Mathews Road on-ramp.
As per the report, a red BMW and at least one other car of unknown make and model collided for unknown reasons. The BMW had equipment in its rear, and the equipment smashed through the window.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Two vehicles were towed away from the scene with crash damage.
CHP is investigating the collision.
