Fremont, California (May 1, 2019) – A motorcyclist sustained significant injuries in a traffic accident that involved a car in Fremont Wednesday morning.

The accident, which was reported at approximately 7:38 a.m. May 1, occurred on the southbound Interstate 880 Freeway.

The accident involved a grey Toyota RAV4 SUV and a motorbike. Due to the impact of the collision, the bike rider was thrown into the roadway.

The motorcyclist suffered broken leg injuries as a result of the accident. The injured party was immediately transported to the hospital by the paramedics for medication.

The motorcycle and the involved car sustained significant damages and were removed from the scene by a tow truck.
