Passenger Killed in Fremont Vehicle Accident on Central Avenue near Blacow Road
Fremont, California (March 18, 2019) – One person was killed in a hit-and-run accident involving two vehicles on Sunday evening in Fremont, according to the police.
The collision was reported at about 6:15 p.m. March 17, on Central Avenue east of Blacow Road.
Police said the collision involved a minivan and a Honda Civic.
Passenger Dies in Fremont Hit-And-Run Crash
A passenger in the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the minivan fled the scene on foot but was tracked down and arrested.
The identities of those involved in the accident were not released.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
