1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Freedom DUI 2-Vehicle Collision near Green Valley Road and Carnation Drive
Freedom, California (September 1, 2020) – According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, one person survived with minor injuries after two vehicles collided Monday evening in Freedom.
The suspected DUI car collision was reported just after 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Green Valley Road and Carnation Drive.
Officials said the mishap involved a gray Jeep and another vehicle of unspecified make and built.
The wreck left one victim with minor injuries. The unidentified patient received first aid treatment from medical personnel before being rushed to an area hospital for further medication
Police did not immediately establish more details regarding the involved driver, who was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
