San Carlos, California (July 3, 2019) – A man was injured a fatal two-vehicle collision that took place at an intersection in San Carlos on Saturday afternoon, according to the authorities.
The incident took place just before 12:40 p.m. June 29, at Elm Street and San Carlos Avenue.
Authorities said a black Chrysler PTC operated by a 48-year-old San Carlos woman collided with a white Dodge Charger driven by Frederick Rogers, a 50-year-old San Ramon man.

Rogers was taken to a hospital for treatment and was later released.
A passenger in the Dodge was transported to Stanford Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased on Tuesday, July 2.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
