Man Killed in Fontana Pedestrian Accident on 15 Freeway
Fontana, California (March 30, 2020) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle on Sunday night in Fontana, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place shortly before 9:00 p.m. March 29, on 15 Freeway, just south of Glen Helen Parkway.
According to a preliminary investigation, two pedestrians were running on the freeway when at least one of them was hit and killed.

The victim’s identity was not immediately released but authorities said the victim was male.
No other injuries were reported.
The driver of the gray Honda Civic that hit the pedestrian stopped near the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
All lanes were shut down as officials examined and cleared the scene.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
