1 Injured in Fontana Car Accident on 10 Freeway near Citrus Avenue
Fontana, California (March 9, 2019) – A truck driver was injured in a collision that happened in Rancho Cucamonga on Friday night, March 8.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 10:26 p.m. on the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 Freeway near Citrus Avenue.
As per the report, four vehicles including a semi-truck were involved in the collision. Although the events preceding the collision were not immediately established, one of the vehicles is reported to have crashed into a tree after the collision.
The authorities said the truck driver was injured in the crash and was transported to Arrowhead medical center for treatment.
No other information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is underway.
