Person Injured in Fontana Pedestrian Crash on Lytle Creek and Duncan Canyon Roads
Fontana, California (October 10, 2019) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run collision on Friday night in Fontana, according to the Fontana Police Department.
The crash happened at about 9:24 p.m. October 4, at Lytle Creek and Duncan Canyon roads.
Police said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle suspected to be a silver 2017-2019 Toyota Corolla “S” model that fled the scene after the incident.
Pedestrian Hospitalized after Fontana Crash
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with extensive injuries.
Police said the vehicle is missing the driver’s side mirror and may also have front-end damage.
The investigation is ongoing.
