Fallon Lev Suffers Major Injuries in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on Ingraham Street and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard
San Diego, California (October 12, 2020) – A Pacific Beach woman was seriously injured Saturday afternoon in a hit-and-run crash in the Mission Bay Park neighborhood of San Diego, according to a local news source.
The major-injury collision happened at about 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, on Ingraham Street and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard.
Authorities said Fallon Lev, 36, was riding her motor scooter southbound on Ingraham Street when she exited onto the Sunset Cliffs off-ramp.
A vehicle attempted to pass Lev on the left and struck her. After the impact, Lev lost control and was ejected from the scooter.
Lev was transported to a local hospital with a pelvic fracture, a broken tooth, and multiple abrasions. Her current condition was not immediately disclosed.
The driver involved did not stop to render aid to Lev and fled the scene. The suspect’s car was described as a maroon colored sedan.
