Fallbrook, California (June 28, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a car crash that left at least one person with major injuries Sunday afternoon in Fallbrook.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided just after 5:00 p.m. on northbound 15 Freeway near Old Highway 395.

At the time of the report, authorities had not yet established how a Ford Fusion with six occupants collided with another vehicle of unknown make and model.

At least one person was seriously injured in the accident, the report said.
