Fallbrook, California (November 13, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a traffic collision that sends one person to a hospital in the area of Fallbrook on Tuesday evening.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Old Highway 395 and Canonita Drive at around 6:58 p.m. November 12.
The CHP said at least two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

One person was taken to Palomar Medical Center for treatment of a head injury sustained in the accident.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove at least two vehicles away from the collision scene.
The investigation is underway.
