Fairfield, California (June 3, 2021) – At least one person was severely hurt in a rollover collision that happened Wednesday afternoon on a freeway in Fairfield, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash transpired at around 3:43 p.m. on eastbound 80 Freeway at the W Texas Street off-ramp.
A Ram 2500 pickup truck collided with another vehicle that overturned onto its side.
A party was trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to help at least one person who suffered major injuries.
The pickup truck acquired major rear-end damage.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
