Evelyn Padilla ID’d as Woman Killed in Fresno Crash at Dickenson Avenue and Olive Avenue

Fresno, California (February 14, 2021) – Evelyn Padilla, 56, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a Wednesday night traffic accident in rural Fresno County, the CHP said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 9:15 p.m., on February 10, at Dickenson Avenue and Olive Avenue.
According to the officials, Padilla was driving northbound on the roadway in a green Pontiac Grand Am when she lost control of her car, causing it to flip over.
Following the collision, Padilla, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected onto the roadway, where a van struck her. The van was traveling southbound on Dickenson Avenue.

Sadly, Padilla was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the woman fled the scene and is being sought by the police.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
