One Injured in Escondido Car Crash on Interstate 15 and State Route 78
Escondido, California (September 25, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Escondido.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 6:05 a.m. September 24, on Interstate 15 and State Route 78.
CHP said two vehicles were involved in the crash, which took place in the southbound lanes of I-15.

One person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene and the southbound lanes were closed temporarily as the scene was cleared.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the CHP.
