At Least 1 Injured in Escondido Car Accident on Highway 78 near 15 Freeway
Escondido, California (October 10, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a major injury collision that happened Thursday morning in Escondido.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 8:17 a.m. on eastbound Highway 78 near 15 Freeway.
The crash involved four vehicles, including a blue Honda Odyssey. The manner of the collision remained unknown.
At least one person sustained a possible fracture to the wrist. An ambulance responded to the scene to transport the patient to the hospital.
At least two of the cars were towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating the collision.
