Minor Injuries Sustained in Escondido Accident at Champagne Boulevard and Welk View Drive

Escondido, California (June 21, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in the area of Escondido, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 4:28 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at Champagne Boulevard and Welk View Drive.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed head-on for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The names of the victims and their current condition were not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
