Encino, California (October 14, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in the area of Encino early Monday morning, according to officials report.
As per the report, the fatal crash happened at about 3:40 a.m. October 14, on the eastbound Ventura Freeway also known as 101 Freeway, just west of Balboa Boulevard.
A vehicle of unspecified type struck the pedestrian while crossing the highway for unknown reasons.
