Encinitas Collision near Leucadia Boulevard and Moonstone Court Left Bicyclist Dead
Encinitas, California (November 30, 2020) – A bicyclist died after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection in Encinitas Saturday morning.
Officials responded to the deadly crash site at approximately 11:50 a.m. near Leucadia Boulevard and Moonstone Court.
As per the report, a man riding a bicycle was hit by a vehicle that was heading on Leucadia Boulevard in the morning hours.
The vehicle was reportedly making a right turn onto Moonstone Court prior to the crash.
Fatal Encinitas Bicycle Crash Saturday Morning
The bicyclist was hospitalized with major injuries following the wreck. Sadly, the man died while undergoing treatment.
