Emiaj Lane among 2 Men Killed in Head-On Crash on North Indian Canyon Drive near 18th Avenue in Desert Hot Springs
Desert Hot Springs, California (August 30, 2020) – Emiaj Lane, 22, of Desert Hot Springs, was among two men who died in a traffic accident early Sunday morning in Desert Hot Springs.
The deadly two-vehicle crash occurred at about 1:08 a.m. on North Indian Canyon Drive, just north of 18th Avenue.
Authorities said a Dodge Challenger collided head-on with a second vehicle for undetermined reasons on North Indian Canyon Drive.

Two occupants of the Challenger, Lane and a 24-year-old Desert Hot Springs man, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people were taken to a nearby hospital, one with critical injuries and another with minor injuries. Their current conditions were not disclosed.
Further details about the accident were not immediately provided.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
