Man Killed in El Sereno Hit-and-Run Accident near Valley Boulevard and Boca Avenue
El Sereno, California (September 9, 2020) – A man in his 20s died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver Monday night in El Sereno, according to authorities.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at around 10:10 p.m. Monday, September 7, near the intersection of Valley Boulevard and Boca Avenue.
Authorities said a black car was heading westbound on Valley Boulevard when it struck the man, who was lying on the street.

The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His name was withheld pending notification of the family.
The driver involved did not stop to render aid to the pedestrian and fled the scene.
Police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the identity, arrest and conviction of the hit-and-run driver.
