Stephen Harris Struck and Killed by Vehicle on West Chase Avenue near Estes Street in El Cajon
El Cajon, California (November 29, 2020) – Authorities have identified the El Cajon victim who died following a pedestrian accident Wednesday night in El Cajon as 29-year-old Stephen Anthony Harris.
The deadly accident took place at approximately 8:40 p.m., November 25, on West Chase Avenue near Estes Street.
Harris was struck by a westbound vehicle while trying to cross the street under unclear circumstances.
The driver of the involved automobile stopped after the mishap and cooperated with the law.

Sadly, Harris died in the accident.
Intoxication was not believed to be a factor in the wreck.
The accident remains under investigation by the El Cajon Police Department.
