El Cajon Pedestrian Accident on North Johnson Avenue Kills One Person
El Cajon, California (January 25, 2021) – A pedestrian accident that took place Sunday evening in El Cajon resulted in the death of one person.
The El Cajon Police Department responded to the deadly crash site at about 5:40 p.m., January 24, in the 700 block of North Johnson Avenue near Arnele Avenue.
A man, in his 40s, was hit by a vehicle that was heading southbound on North Johnson Avenue under unclear circumstances.
Fatal El Cajon Pedestrian Collision Sunday Evening
The male party died at the hospital while undergoing treatment.
Intoxication was not believed to be a factor in the wreck.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
