El Cajon, California (May 12, 2021) – At least one person was seriously injured after a head-on collision that happened Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in El Cajon, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident happened at around 1:34 p.m. on Dehesa Road at Cunningham Lane.
The report said two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
