1 Possibly Hurt in El Cajon Head-On Collision at Harbison Canyon and Dehesa Roads
El Cajon, California (September 6, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to the collision of two vehicles at an intersection in El Cajon early Thursday morning.
The head-on collision was reported at about 12:25 a.m., September 3, at the intersection of Harbison Canyon and Dehesa roads.
The accident involved a gray Jeep Wrangler and a black Mercedes sedan that crashed head-on in unclear circumstances.

One unidentified person, who was possibly hurt in the wreck, received first aid treatment from medical personnel.
Meanwhile, the accident resulted in the highway’s closure as police and emergency crews worked to investigate and clear the scene.
