At Least 1 Seriously Injured in El Cajon Crash at Pepper Drive and Vista Marguerite
El Cajon, California (May 18, 2019) – At least one person was seriously injured after a multi-vehicle crash Friday night in El Cajon, according to authorities.
The crash happened at around 7:02 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Pepper Drive and Vista Marguerite.
As per the CHP officials, three vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured victims. At least one person was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital where they were admitted in the ICU.
The name of the patient and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the crash. All lanes were opened as of 10:40 p.m.
