El Cajon, California (March 4, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a head-on collision that happened in El Cajon on Thursday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 5:25 a.m. on Highway 94 near Vista Sage Lane.
Two vehicles are reported to have collided head-on for unknown reasons.
As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
