Woman Killed, Man Seriously Hurt in Echo Park Pedestrian Crash at Sunset Boulevard and White Knoll Drive

Echo Park, California (February 24, 2020) – A woman died, and a man sustained serious injuries following a pedestrian accident that happened in the area of Echo Park on Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the fatal crash took place at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and White Knoll Drive, Los Angeles.
As per the report, the woman and her husband were leaving Club Bahia at about 1:00 p.m. when a dark-colored sedan struck them for unknown reasons.
Officials said the operator of the involved vehicle stopped for a short while and then drove away. The suspect is yet to be located.

The two victims sustained serious injuries following the wreck. The patients were rushed to an area hospital for further medication.
The female party was later pronounced dead at the hospital while undergoing treatment. The man was listed in critical condition.
