Eastvale, California (September 23, 2020) – A female pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle Tuesday night at an intersection in Eastvale, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at about 9:48 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, at the intersection of Limonite Avenue and Hamner Avenue.
According to the authorities, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the Eastvale intersection for unknown reasons.

The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Her name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
No details were provided about the driver involved. Investigators said neither alcohol nor drugs were suspected factors in the accident.
Police closed Westbound Limonite Avenue and Hamner Avenue while they investigated the cause of the accident.
