1 Sustains Injuries in East Los Angeles 3-Vehicle Accident at Ford Boulevard and 1st Street
East Los Angeles, California (June 5, 2020) – One person was injured following a multi-vehicle accident that occurred near the 710 Freeway and the 60 Freeway in East Los Angeles Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The three-vehicle crash happened just before 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of South Ford Boulevard and East 1st Street.
The circumstances that led to the collision of a purple Chrysler PT Cruiser, a gray Honda 4-door sedan and a silver colored BMW were not immediately established at the time of the report.

One unidentified victim was injured following the crash. The patient received first aid treatment from medical personnel who arrived at the scene shortly after 6:00 p.m.
Officials said the Chrysler motorist fled the scene after the mishap. The suspect was later found at a residence near Michigan and Dangler avenues.
The accident remains under investigation.
